ahhh i totally missed that you responded! mental illness.. love it. all of it. im currently working in an inpatient psych ward but want to have my own private practice, do energy work and use homeopathy to heal! what are you pursuing?
From what I’ve read about you, that sounds PERFECT for you! I think you would do such amazing work, it matches your spirit so well. My mom is a massage therapist and also certified to practice reiki. Energy is some powerful stuff : )
I am currently doing my internship at an all male homless shelter. It’s challenging at times but I love it and I am learning SO much! Who knows where I’ll end up though…
ooo! i love this stuff!! we will have to connect about our tales and experiences, when I was going to school in the bronx I did a bunch of volunteer work, an internship at an outpatient mental health clinic, and then my last internship at an inpatient psych ward.. the field is fascinating! and thank you so much for the high compliment, it means so much to me.
